NANOFILTRATION
Nanofiltration (NF) is a filtration method using membranes with pore sizes from 1-10 nanometres. The pore sizes are smaller than that used in microfiltration and ultrafiltration, yet they are larger than in reverse osmosis. Therefore, it’s a very effective method to remove divalent ions including calcium, magnesium and sulphates.
Our customised, containerised mobile systems for reverse osmosis, ultrafiltration and nanofiltration are 'plug and play' in nature. They have remote monitoring capabilities and can be deployed in remote locations. Our systems can also be designed for softening seawater used in Enhanced Oil Recovery (EOR) applications.
Advanced Watertek has a dedicated team of experienced operators and technicians ready to provide on-site support whenever possible. We also provide efficient preventative operations and maintenance services ensuring that your nanofiltration system will stay up and running.
CONTAINERISED SYSTEMS
We take the difficulty out of large-scale reverse osmosis plants with containerised water treatment systems. By choosing pre-designed, module-sized plants, fully assembled in standard 20-ft and 40-ft containers with the option for a 10-ft as well, the complexity and construction of building water purification systems are no longer necessary. Containerised water treatment systems are shipped out to wherever you need. With a brief training session, commissioned workers are ready to monitor the systems to produce high-quality potable water within days of delivery.
